Northern Parula

A small warbler of the upper canopy. the Northern Parula can be found in two distinct populations. The southern population nests primarily in hanging Spanish moss, while the northern population uses the similar looking old man's beard lichen.
They live in forests and they eat insects.
I have about 14 shots of this little fellow and this is the first clear shot I have gotten or some of the others the lighting was poor. They flit so fast it is really hard to capture them. I wish it was a nicer background but they seem to love
the birdbaths.
Thank you to everyone for taking time to comment.
