Schnitzel mit Pommes und Zuckerschoten

It was dinner for one tonight, so I decided to make homemade Schnitzel. Strangely enough, I received a german email from one of my old german teachers out of the blue the other day. It was very thoughtful as he was just wondering where his old class was now and how we were all getting on.

The Schnitzel was tasty.
