Old Ivy

Took the day off work today as I have a few days leave to use up before the end of March deadline. The weather was switching from lovely sunshine to freezing, driving rain. I popped out into the front garden during one of the sunshine phases looking for things to photograph. Its an old bit of Ivy. More autumnal in colour than spring but I liked the colours in the sun. Ivy doesn't go this colour unless you chop it down. I should know - the side of my house is covered in it and its all very green and I am not looking forward to the planned removal!
