Fluffy feather

After two days out of the office, there was lots to catch up on today.

I managed a very quick trip to the post office and bakers and then a small walk. I went in search of another of the four little angels in the cemetery but before I got there my eye caught this small white feather blowing in the wind in a hedge. I think it had got caught on the sticky bud of the new shoot.

Having recently re-read the manual for my camera, I thought I'd try the continuous shooting mode to try and get a photo that was in focus despite the wind. I think it almost worked.

I like the contrast between the ordered left hand side of the feather and the fluffy disorganised right hand side.
