That just takes the biscuit!

Today I have given up biscuits for lent!
This is genuinely going to be a real struggle - I LOVE BISCUITS!
I've never given anything up for lent before but thought I would this year for 2 reasons. The first reason was inspired by an assembly my colleague did the other day that just made me think it would not hurt to be reminded how fortunate I am to have such luxuries in my life. The second reason is because I've put on a "few" sounds since Christmas and all my trousers feel a wee bit tight on me!!
