Do it or don't do it?

Number's through but after my 13 miles along the river on Sunday, the legs are complaining. Felt better today after 2 days rest so went at it again at lunch time only to pull up lame after 4 miles with crazy tightening calves which spread into knee pain. What's going on? It was my quads last week after running up big hills, this week it's every other muscle. So I know deep down that I should give up on the Wilmslow as I won't be able to give it 100% and it has been so stop start right through my training, but this little voice in my head keeps saying sod it, chuck a load of arnica and ibuprofen down you and man the f*ck up. I think sensible Richie will win out, anybody want my number?
