A run around Regents Park

I had a lunchtime run around Regents Park today.

I'm constantly amazed that this Park is only 5 minutes walk from my office and the hussle and bussle of the Media Capital West End of London.

I will be running around the park more often I think...

I've also found a much quieter bike route between my office and the train station. It's still 20 minutes but no more 'Brompton in 6 lanes of Buses' action any more!
