Well this is a back blip from yesterday I meant to do it but fell asleep.
I met pontycyclops up at Newport wetlands reserve for a walk round the reserve. It was a really nice day sun was shinning and the birds were singing, which was a good thing as that's what we went up there for to See the birds.
We started off and saw the kestrel perched on the wire looking for prey managed to get a few pics as the sun was behind us then decided to go round the reserve saw the usual ducks with a few added ones neither me or Ant had seen there. Little grebe and shovelers there was one little grebe who didn't look too good mind.
We saw the new hide they've built right up the top then saw all the little woodland birds before going back round to the top lakewhere we hada little sit down and a pancake which Ant had bought.
Saw a few tufty ducks there as well nice to see all the ducks paired up now.
