Before the flip.

Well as you all know, today was Pancake day. But unlike most people, I forgot. I came home and was just about to make my tea thinking everyone else had eaten, when my daughter reminded me. Whoops, so it was out with the gear. I measured, mixed, heated, poured and cooked. Then it was my favourite bit, yup I became a big tosser. Most of them were perfect. The pic was before the action of the last pancake. The idea was to take a pic of before and after. Well guess what, the last toss was a disaster. Not a ceiling or floor disaster, but not one to take a pic of. But at least it still tasted yummy.
