pancake day cake

my dad is a good cook.

but today he made a cake, and it didn't rise. obviously because its pancake day, he didn't want it to, he wanted it to be flat anyway....it was deliberate obviously

hehe that made me laugh.

oh, its coconut icing on top. i didn't taste it, but my mum and dad seemed to like it!
