Ah, road safety public information films! Remember them?

The Green Cross code man was always popping up in the 70s & 80s to advise youngsters on the safe way to cross the road.

The Green Cross code man was Dave Prowse and when he wasn't keeping us right on crossing the road he was Darth Vader.

As a kid how scared would you be if Darth Vader gave you road safety advice?
