Abandoned Poo Bags

People who walk their dogs - you are responsible enough to take a bag with you for your dog's poo. Why can't you be good enough to drop the bag in the bin instead of leaving your poo dangling on a branch or sitting by the path to spoil my walk? Not only have you left the poo, you have added a plastic bag to the litter and made me feel sick when I go for a walk at lunchtime.

All these bags were found on a pedestrian walkway in the space of about 200 yards, with a poo bin located every 500 yards.

STOP IT! YOU SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO HAVE DOG.
