Cold wind from the west this morning which made it feel colder than the frosty morning yesterday. Juno and I met dogs and humans, it is definately connected with the the lighter mornings.

Before heading to work I decided to make pancake batter for tea tonight.

Slow stroll to work, enjoying the clear skies.

Work was a toss of tremendousness.

Great run at lunchtime from work, headed over Braid hill and Blackford and back, I was bzuiing and could have kept going forever(I dream).

Home to a small pile of pancakes left after the kids gave them a battering.
