Purple Patch

Enjoying the sunshine today H and I were at Harlow Carr yet again (pleasant walk and good lunch tends to attract), watched lots of birds showing off their spring garb and the Alpine House was bursting with colour.

Took several shots, but not easy with a hand held camera doing close ups of tiny alpines, or at least for me it isn't!


Census form arrived here this morning, quiet a tome! Just make sure nobody is visiting overnight on the 27th, anything to make it easier.
