The day before it!

I completely forgot all about Pancake day today, and almost did a little jump in the air when i discovered I had more than one egg left and only just made the flour measurement by the skin of my teeth. Before you sits my very first attempt at making American Pancakes, not bad, a bit crispy round the edges, i just need to learn how to get the oil in the pan right.

So it will be a nice treat to have these warmed up with butter and honey later on :)
