Ice Ice Baby

Spent today doing more exploring after a traditional Swedish meal last night. Really cool city and loads of stuff to explore. Both Lizzie and I are enjoying the 'coffee culture' as well!!! Mid afternoon coffee and cakes of variious shapes and sizes.

This evening we went to The Ice Bar. A bar made (you guessed it), entirely from ice. We made sure we were well wrapped up and you are issued the fetching blue coat you see me modelling, but in fact the bar itself was a lot warmer than it was outside in the wind!!!

The original idea for the bar came from the creators of the first ice hotel in Northern Sweden. A hotel made (you guessed it), entirely from ice!
