700 - with no gaps!

A red ballon would have cheered up a very cold morning but there isn't one for 700. Maybe no balloon from Blipcentral but a loud "Blip!, Blip! Hoorah!" for the end of malicious 1-rating!

On rated we get to see the very best blips of all time put there by fellow blippers, and on our "About" pages we can see our own best scoring blips as well as most favourited ones.

A fairer system, I'm sure.
