a clear day

Another hectic day at the shelters - but finally the haze had lifted a little and the clear day rejuvenated everyone's spirits. It hopefully helped this guy sell a few more shades!

Dinner on the bank of the Nile with various charity organisers topped off a good day's work. Running on caffeine but still chippping away at the list of cases to treat.
