Special Days

21 weeks 4 days - 5 months old!

A really lovely day today. We went to church this morning and Katie was a good girl in creche. Some friends from church came home with us after for lunch and to talk about Katie's dedication, which is very exciting. We set a date!

After lunch, a very close friend of mine and her husband came to visit. I used to live with Christine, but she moved away and then married a lovely man from Northern Ireland. And moved there. She hadnt seen me since before I was pregnant, and I hadnt met Stephen. I was supposed to be their photographer, but Katie's imminent arrival (their wedding was 3 days before her duedate/arrival).

We went to the local garden centre for a coffee and a really good catch up. Katie was taken with Christine, and a very lovely afternoon was had!

Katie at 5 months
* Has learnt to roll
* Sits for very long periods of time
* Has outgrown her moses basket ? she?s short enough but wriggles too much and hits her arms on the side, waking herself up
* Gives big kisses, holding my face and smooching.
* Can blow raspberries (first one at Grandad!)
* Doesn?t need a phonebook to jump in jumperoo!
