This crow is one of many who have been furiously collecting twigs to build their nests in the trees next to our work yard. I've been watching them for a week, but the skies have been so grey that it just hasn't made a picture. It has been interesting watching the way the more senior birds get first pick of both location, and also of available building material. This guy had quite a flight with this load.

Yesterdays blip marked a bit of a milestone, as it brought about the 10000th view of my journal. I know most of you have many more than that, but i don't think i expected to get so many viewings. thank you to you all.
