Broken String

I was just tuning up my guitar, getting a little overenthusiastic with the tightening when TWANG, the D string reached it's maximum tension and snapped.

After an ordeal trying to get to the guitar shop on the closed off st. I finally managed to get a new D and tune it all up again :) Ahhh, there is nothing quite like brand new strings on a sweet old guitar - one of the fullest sounds ever!
