Keep Calm

Today is my 40th Birthday. How did that happen? I'm keeping calm though, on the advice of this card from my friends Michele and Martin of Manchester. I'm also keeping it low-key, but had a nice Sunday lunch with family at a local riverside pub. And cake. Lots of cake.
