Ring of Brodgar

The Ring of Brodgar is probably Orkney's most iconic historic attractions. The stone circle is part of the Heart of Neolithic Orkney World Heritage Site and dates back 5000 years. There is no definate explanation for the purpose of the stone circle but various theories have been made-make your own mind up!
