A New Bed

Today we built a new center bed in my growing dome. I am so excited to finish it up. We have to still fill the blocks with dirt and finish mortaring the blocks after the first coat is dry. Then sealed redwood will go on top to provide a smooth work surface for my knees. You can see what the finished looks like by focusing on the bed behind this one.

The fun begins when we have to fill the bed with dirt, NOT! The real fun is planting. This bed is going to be for a banana tree, lemon tree, lime tree and cherry tree.
