Half Empty - Half Full?

At home on my own.
Liz meeting with an old friend.
Bingo dinner - on my own.
Howling gale and blizzards outside.
Lit the stove and cozied up the house.

Is the glass half empty, or half full?

Optimists would say the glass is half full.

Pessimists would say the glass was half empty.

Engineers would say the glass is twice as big as it needs to be.
