Pretzel Day

Yesterday it was rhubarb pots, today pretzels. Last month it was a lazy month for breadmaking and cooking in general. Now I'm recovering my yoga routine, well my breadmaking again. I baked pseudo pretzels really easy to do but I left the caustic bath, NaOH, for another day, I feel clumpsy today for playing with corrosive substances.
