'Wake up Everybody' (Or just me?)

This image reminded me of a singing group. (We'll call them Harold Melvin and the Bluenotes, but, had there been fewer of them they would have been the Andrews Sisters. Looking a bit hairy on the tonsil front.)

The note to 'wake up' is to self.

I've had a spectacularly accident prone day, of the Frank Spencer variety.
I managed to spill red wine on the new carpet. It's a public service really, you know it HAS to happen with new carpet, the only unknowns are:
a) is it going to be red wine or black coffee, and
b) who is going to actually draw the short straw.

Well, in this case, it was the exact same person who managed to gather up the bedclothes for laundering this morning...
...Along with her mobile phone. .
..The latter is now languishing in a bowl of rice, aiming to dry out before Himself is back. Correction, before a jet-lagged Himself texts for a lift home from the airport. Shortly.
