Greens are good for you!

Today they decided to harvest some of the rapeseed, which they use as, what they call, a relish, with their nsima (Maize flour). Olivia, who is one of our female workers on the farm at Lusangazi, has got her share to bring home to her family of 5.

The guys in the Sonda co op were so excited, and we we had more chiefs from different areas around sonda, but there were many small chiefs including that chief who sold us land to build a big dam.

On the picture are sonda guys clearing the place for a shed, and Olivia very happy with the relish, we gave them a portion each, and she has some rapeseed.

What a difference a job makes. The first time I saw Olivia she was starving.
She looks so well now and has even acquired an ear ring. Good for her. She is a dote.
