Not much going on

I'm just back in from kali. Another fun filled two hours of having a stick swung at my head.

Tonight I used a staff for the first time. The grips and how your whole body goes into swinging it was different, but after a few minutes was getting right into it. I think I'll see if anyone wants to spar with them next time.

From the staff being the largest stick I have at 6 foot, to these, the smallest.

These are palm sticks and are used for striking soft vunerable places and even pinching nerves if you are handy with them. These are about 8 inches, but you can get a lot smaller and pointier than these.

Going to grab my dinner now and wait for the aches and pains to arrive.
