Healthy Desserts!!

Had the healthiest 'dessert', a blueberry pomegranate yogurt and omega-3 Silk smoothie made with a scoop of Slim-fast(for added vitamins, minerals and protein(AND CHOCOLATE), not to lose weight...I need to put weight on, not lose it....LOL)

I'm trying really hard to keep my weight at a good level, but I have a history of gaining more than the "recommended" amount of weight during pregnancy.

However, I also have a history of having abnormally large, HEALTHY children. My daughter was over 9 pounds, and in great health.

I don't want to gain 50 pounds again, but I also don't want to starve my child of nutrients, so I jam pack as much nutrients as possible into 400 calories or less.
