The Last Peanut Butter Biscuit

I start work one-day-a-week on Wednesday (next week) at the Dovecot. So to mark my last Wednesday at Garvald I baked the ultimate peanut butter biscuits with a little help from the Magnolia Bakery. I warn you now, they are seriously addictive - make them at your peril! I found the peanut butter chips hard to come by, but if you live in Edinburgh or Glasgow, you can get them from Lupe Pintos.
