My Stew

I did not go out stalking the Earth for a blip, but rather I stayed in and made a stew. It turned out to be a great stew --at least for me. My best stew ever, I'd say.

In a duck & goat stock I cooked beef chunks, rudabaga, celeriac, turnip, yellow & red sweet peppers, pobleno pepper, potato, onion, shallot, crimini mushroom, purple heirloom carrot, garlic, bacon, lime juice, red gabbage, and celery. No spices: all the flavor is from these ingredients.

That's one fine stew, I dare say.
