Stream in a redwood forest

The fact that this stream has water shows that we have had lots of rain lately.
We are near the end of wild fungi season... we saw scarlet waxy caps, golden waxy cans, turkey tails and a few lbjs (little brown jobbies)today. There were also early wildflowers.. trillium, hound's tongue and bay laurel flowers. Spring is coming!
