A composition of colour

Back home on the Island today. Great to be here and out of the wintery deep freeze of Calgary. Busy week so missed a few days of blipping. A still day, little wind, a bit of light rain on and off, some sun. Sitting by the fire with friends at the moment.

A long walk around the Island, then a firewood brigade for an hour, tossing more split wood towards the house and then stacking, then a short blip walk to the stream, running fast after all the rain this winter. Love catching the fast moving water, the bubbles it creates, the muted colours of the natural debris that the water passes over.
