Mummy, I don't approve.

2 occurances of vomit. 6 dirty nappies in one hour. 4 vests. 3 sleepsuits. Complete changes of bedding. 3 loads of washing. All before 7am. In the next twelve hours, 5 changes of clothes for Katie, 3 for mummy and goodness knows how many nappies.

She kept down some feed this morning, which I think explained the brighter hour or so she had. She even went and picked up a pot of bubbles for me to blow and then her to try blow. But it didn't last long. She was shattered. And the water she was drinking started coming back up. She has tried so hard to be happy Katie, she's tried to do things and looked at me as if to say 'why isnt this working, mummy'. Little star, bless her.

We've been determinedly sticking to little and often with the water. I've learnt she'll have it luke warm, not cold, and not hot. And in the green tiger cup.Put it in her feeder cup and she drinks too much, then vomits. Put it in her normal favoured red mug, she struggles to lift it and spills then is sad.

We went out to post a parcel and get a few bits of shopping - mainly to get both of us a bit of fresh air. I thought she'd sleep, but she didn't. She's been flaky, but slept very little this morning, until we cuddled on my bed around 2 and then she had an hour. She had another sleep about 5.15 and seemed to enjoy being in the bath, just swooshing her arms around mainly. But like last night, it wore her out and her eyes were heavy as she snuggled in my arms in her towel.

I put her down to bed but not long after had to go back up as she got really quite cross. I realised she'd done another dirty nappy and been sick, so full change again! She's back down now, propped up with some pillows, snuggled into Monkey. Here's hoping for better tomorrow.
