Seen though the glass storm door, my sweet Carolina Wren friend greets the day with her usual gusto. Two glimpses of a chipmunk, emerging from a burrow under the house, what a thrill! The snow patches are getting smaller, the temps rising today should help. Day 10 of my upper respiratory scourge and I'm beginning to feel more human.
