Massive walk today, done the 4 mile and went back round and done the 3 mile which doesnt sound massive in length but when the majority of it is uphill it absoluteky knackered me!!! Lunch at the goldies, chill out afternoon and my friend lynds coming down from glasgow today so we're going to the berry for tea!!! Xxx
