Budding chef!


Got a call today from Alison, my grandson, Lewis, had a project to do for school. He had to pick a meal from a recipe book and cook it. He picked Griddled Chicken with Potato Salad, and this is the finished article!!! Not bad for a 10 year old eh?? He did all the prep with me standing over him and he helped with the cooking ( I wouldn't let him do it all......too dangerous). I'm so proud of him and he loved doing it. It was a pleasure teaching someone so young who has a real interest in cooking!! :-)
