Bad news: - Ethically wrong
I don't feel that convicted killers and other inmates deserve a good life in prison but there is something fundamentally wrong with conducting medical experiments on them. More and more of the despicable practices from the forties, fifties and sixties have been coming to light over the last year.

Good news: - Smart move
Seems that Colonel Ghadafi's personal 'nurse' has decided to get out before things get worse. Her daughter, back in the Ukraine, states that Mr. Gadhafi is fond of hiring Ukrainian nurses to tend to him because he doesn't trust Libyan women with that task. Hmmm, not blond enough, is my guess.
