Frustration...

I felt very frustrated tonight about this picture because I wanted to add some colour in the places that I wanted to add colour and I don't have the software or know how to be that creative. I have decided that this is a good thing as it means I'm thinking about my pictures in a different way and I've only been blipping for a few days...I would love some advice as to what software would enable me to be as creative as my thinking wants me to be.
