Tomorrow is another day
Funny isn't it? "What a difference a day makes". And indeed this day is considerably better than the one before it!
Thanks to all for yesterdays comments - nice to get some communication on my first entry! But of course you are right... I think it will be addictive. And so tricky.... what does one photograph today?
It took me a while....
Would I choose something bright, in keeping with the stunning sunny morning I was greeted with?
Would I choose a snap of my hall which I am in the middle of scraping and prepping ready for painting (how dull! Maybe you will be graced with that another time though when I run out of better ideas!)?
And then I looked outside - into what is now a grey day that threatens rain and a biting cold wind to accompany it - and saw this (among the weeds, rubbish that's blown in and some cat called Leo's collar that I guess he left behind while prowling round our shrubbery!).....
The first snowdrops in the garden. Aren't they lovely? Although I must apologise if the photo is slightly lacking. I'd say it's my lack of experience or fancy camera but to be honest I doubt that would have mattered - that biting wind took it's toll pretty quickly so this is the best I could do in the 30secs before my mitts froze!
And the moral of my photo "that a new day heralds a new beginning". (a bit twee I know, but I like it!). :)
