For the first time I have deleted a photo, I was unhappy with it, which begs the question am I happy with any of the others, I shall avoid answering that.

Operating in a discplined manner is kind of the way we roll here. We could slack it but I'm not sure what the result would be. So I started doing some pressups, I'd been meaning to do it for a very long time, in a similar way to taking one photo every day, we all have our own rules and regulations.

Tomorrow the weekend starts thankfully. It has been one of those weeks, unfortunately.
