Oh, I do like to be beside the seaside..

Up early and after listening to Enrique Iglesias on repeat a lot (baby, I like it!) - cheese but good cheese! - i went down to the beach for my morning runnings.

Out along the promenade with the wind behind me. Easy peasy.

Back along the sand into a head wind. Effort!

Beautiful start to the day, though, despite it being a chilly -1 too. Sun, waves, fresh air.
