Megan - Freshly Bathed

Well, there seems to be a bit of a gap in my journal. Thats because its been a wee bit busy. Work all day, then home, dinner, putting Oliver to bed and then getting ready for the next day. Life has returned to normal this week, well a new kind of normal, and its taking a bit of getting used to - but on a positive note, we're all doing fine despite the numerous awakenings at night due to a hungry Megan. But then thats par for the course for a 2 and a half week old baby.

Tonight, we gave her a bath. First time we tried this, she absolutely hated it. Second time, it was slightly better apart from Oliver being hectic. Tonight was a lot better - apart from the fact that Megan doesn't like water being poured on her head. This pic was taken after we got her out of the bath. She just looks so relaxed, but yet so alert. Here's hoping that this bodes well for a deent night.

On a photography note, I've just taken delivery of a couple of filters, a ND4 and a ND8. I've given them a test run and am pleased with the results. So, I'll head out to a few familiar haunts over the weekend and compare results with previous photos. I've also got a 10x close up lens, but cant get the camera to focus with it. Maybe that one will have to go back, but we'll see! I'll concentrate on the ND filters and see what happens!
