Slow cold wave

With my body clock all mixed up having my timings in Singapore and myself in Lewis,it was another early rise.
So I headed out for a spin, and a walk in the crispness by the beach.

Didnt take long before I was back in the warmth of the car as my fingers were also still in Singapore it seemed. It was a shock to them to go from 30+ Deg back to 4 Deg this morning.
A couple of days should see me back in the swing of things, just in time to head away again.
