Been back out in the North Yorks Moors with a bunch of youngsters. Today they learnt about the most common types of birds found on the moors, made some fat balls (= lard, porridge oats, raisons and rice), hung the fat balls in trees and then each made a wooden nesting box.

Great work with a great bunch.
