Lovely day. Sunny spring morning. Went for a run - even though mind and body weren't in the mood. Did some work.

Went to meet David for lunch in Falkirk - at yummy noodle bar - good chats. We met doing a Saturday morning photography class a few years ago - he speaks with Scotland's media for a living too - and have become pals.

Had a few things to do in the afternoon and then went up to Kerry and Ally's for a post birthday visit. Hung out with little miss Arianna - what a smiley treat she is! Look at her chomping into celery?? I'm amazed - how many babies like celery? I know it's good for you - but I just can't do it, not unless it's whizzed up in soup.

Robin's watching footie with Craig and John. They're all shouting in chorus - too loud!

Another bit of work now - and then boooof bed for me.
