Down Corridors

I had to stay late at work to finish (well partly) some paperwork today. I don't really mind putting in the hours - it's just which ones! If I don't leave on time, I miss out on my daddy time with my beautiful daughter. I normally arrive to see the end of dinner, if I'm lucky I get to do desert, then it's bath time, changing into the jammies, a few books, milk, and a soothing song to sleep. It's our special little hour. I missed it tonight. Plenty more to come though.
