Snowdrops, close to Aberdeen Airport

Our ageing 4x4 (it's now almost exactly 8 years we have had it from new) eventually passed its MoT today, so this afternoon I took the hire car back to the hire company's base at Aberdeen Airport.

This then left me with a half-hour walk alongside the main airport access road back to the A96, where I could catch a bus back to Inverurie where our own car was waiting.

The snowdrops pictured here were the better-looking of just two clumps I spotted along the way, quite high up the bank where the access road runs through a cutting as it descends toward the A96.
