Home for 2 nights

My ger was the one in the middle and I shared it with a lovely couple from London. It was the only part of the trip where I was with other tourists and I enjoyed their company.

The ger was wonderful and cosy inside - bit too cosy on the first night as we misjudged how hot the wood stove got. It was freezing outside though, despite the bright sunshine.

This particular day included:
- riding a not-very tame Mongolian horse
- bit of archery
- visiting some local nomads who gave us Mongolian "tea", fermented mare's milk, cheese and fizzy yoghurt to try
- vodka
